Use our Administrative Readiness Checklist to think about all the pieces that need to be put into place and what still needs to be done.

  • Create an Action Plan

What resources do you need and who is responsible for getting things done? Are you prepared to move forward with hiring new staff if needed? An action plan can help you put everything into place so you're ready to start training your clinical team. Create an Action Plan using our Action Plan Worksheet. You'll need to draw upon your Clinical Flowchart and Administrative Readiness Checklist from before.
