⚠️Office Hours Schedule Update for September and October
Due to the AIMS Center’s annual retreat and the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) Conference, the AIMS Center will temporarily modify its Office Hours schedule during September and October.
To ensure continued support, our Implementation and Finance Office Hours will be combined into a single monthly session during these two months.
Upcoming Office Hours Schedule
September: One combined Office Hours session will be held on the first Wednesday only (September 2, 2026)
October: One combined Office Hours session will be held on the the third Thursday only (October 15, 2026)
Participants are welcome to bring implementation and finance questions to these combined sessions.
Our standard Office Hours schedule will resume in November.

Our Finance Office Hours answer questions about using the Collaborative Care codes. Hosted in collaboration with the American Psychiatric Association, the AIMS Center and the American Psychiatric Association use this time to answer general questions about the Financial Modeling Workbook and other billing code or financial sustainability matters.

Behavioral Health Care Manager Learning Community
Facilitated by our Clinical Trainers, this call is specifically designed to provide Behavioral Health Care Managers with a supportive space to share resources, dialogue, and network with others working in Collaborative Care or integrated care settings.
