Have questions about how to implement a collaborative care program? New to collaborative care and want to know where to start? Or, have you being running a program for several years and have questions on how to fund your program or continuously train new staff? Join our implementation office hours to speak with seasoned coaches and experts!

  • Third Tuesday of every month at 9:00-10:00 am Pacific Time. This is an open-ended call, and you may call in at any point during the hour.

Finance 

Hosted in collaboration with the American Psychiatric Association, these sessions address questions on billing, financial sustainability, and our Financial Modeling Workbook

  • First Wednesday of every month* at 9:00-10:00 am Pacific Time

Registries 

These sessions answer questions on use and licensing of the AIMS Caseload Tracker or CMTS, or on general functionality and use of instructional resources for the Patient Tracking Spreadsheet*.

How to Join

*If you plan to share your screen, ensure you remove all patient data from your spreadsheet, including from the Caseload Overview, prior to calling in. Please note that these office hours are not for individualized modification assistance.
