Join our implementation office hours to speak with seasoned coaches and experts! Hosted in collaboration with our Washington State Integrated Care Training Program



  • Third Tuesday of every month at 9:00-10:00 am Pacific Time through December 2019. 
  • Upcoming dates:
    • November 19, December 17, January 23, February 20, March 19
    • NOTE: Effective February 2020, this will move to the fourth Thursday of each month at 10-11 am Pacific Time. In January 2020, office hours will take place on 1/23 at 10-11 am

Hosted in collaboration with the American Psychiatric Association, these sessions address questions on billing, financial sustainability, and our Financial Modeling Workbook

How to Join

*No session on January 1. 



These sessions answer questions on use and licensing of the AIMS Caseload Tracker or CMTS, or on general functionality and use of instructional resources for the Patient Tracking Spreadsheet*. Due to low participation and availability of online tutorials and guides, registry office hours will end after the December session.
