Sara has over 17 years of experience managing health care system implementation teams, projects and programs. At the AIMS Center she works with policymakers, payors, virtual care companies, small and large health systems around the United States and internationally to implement integrated care strategies. Prior to joining the AIMS Center, Sara worked for 10 years at one of the largest community health centers in the country, Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State. There she led chronic disease management, care management, SBIRT, and Collaborative Care programs along with the Patient-Centered Medical Home transformation process.
Sara received her master’s degree in public health from the University of Washington and bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies from Carleton College.
