Olisha Smith MSW, LCSW, has an impressive background, having been in the field for many years. She has a small private practice where she provides both individual and group therapies.
In addition to her practice, she contributes to the academic community as an adjunct professor where she plays a pivotal role in educating and supervising students in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program. She also offers supervision and consultation to other professionals in the field, enhancing their practice and client care.
Olisha learned about the AIMS center in 2022 when she was a part of a Behavior Activation cohort. In 2023, she was trained in Problem Solving Therapy. In 2025, she joined the AIMS center as a consultant and is now a Clinical Trainer and Practice Coach.
