Our Projects

The AIMS Center, founded in 2004, is and has been involved in numerous projects that further the dissemination and implementation of integrated care. The projects listed here illustrate the range of research studies and implementation initiatives we have been or are currently involved with. This is not a comprehensive list and focuses on multi-organization projects. The AIMS Center also works with individual healthcare systems and clinics.
