Advanced Skills Training for the Behavioral Health Care Manager
Advanced Skills Training for the Behavioral Health Care Manager
Our Advanced Skills Training enables Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCMs) to thrive by strengthening their expertise. By offering care providers the support, knowledge, and skills they need, this training ensures they are effective members of the integrated care team and provide patients with high-quality, evidence-based care.
The AIMS Center offers Advanced Skills Training to any clinician or staff in the BHCM role. Trainees join a cohort with other BHCMs, which forms a community that enhances learning. The training comprises a series of unique topics, each developed to improve the skill set of the BHCM. For more information, download a detailed description of this training.
