How much does this training cost?
Access to the AIMS Center Online CoCM Training is provided to you as part of the coaching and training contract your organization has with the AIMS Center. Continuing education is included in that cost. There is no cost to individual learners.
After registering, I'm being prompted to pay. I thought I didn't need to pay - help!
The cost of the training is covered by the coaching and training contract your organization has with the AIMS Center and you should not be paying for your own access. Email aimstrng@uw.edu and we will help resolve.
Why do I need to create two accounts to complete the training?
For PCPs, PCP Champions, and Psychiatric Consultants, we strongly recommend that you complete the online Collaborative Care trainings provided for free by the American Psychological Association (APA) prior to the AIMS Center Online Collaborative Care trainings. The APA trainings are housed on a different platform than the AIMS Center trainings. You will need to create separate accounts because they are housed on different platforms and maintained by different groups. For BHCMS, you do not need to create two separate accounts. Email aimstrng@uw.edu and we will help resolve.
Can I return to the online training after I have started it?
Yes. You may complete the training in multiple sessions. In fact, it is recommended to extend long trainings over several days. Log back in to the training any time your course is active with your username and password.
I've forgotten my username or password. How do I access the training?
Visit the online module website and click on the "Forgot Password" link below the sign-in fields. Your username is the email that you used to create the account.
What do I do if I lost my training link?
Go to the online module website and log in using your username and password. If you are having difficulty logging in, contact us at aimstrng@uw.edu for help.
Is continuing education (CE) credit available for the training?
CE is available for the training. However, CE details vary based on role and licensure. Please see the specific CE information in the section for your role above.
Do I have to complete the full online training?
To receive CE credits, you must complete the online training, receive a minimum score of 75% on CE quizzes, and complete the brief evaluation survey. You will then be emailed instructions for claiming CE.
Can I use any device and browser for the online training?
For the best training experience, we recommend using a device that can play audio. Internet Explorer is not supported. If you experience any difficulties with the training, we recommend trying a different browser or device.
I didn’t receive an email with instructions for accessing the course – what do I do??
There can be a delay from when you register to the time the email reaches your inbox. If the email doesn’t reach you after 3-4 hours and it is not in your spam folder, please email aimstrng@uw.edu and we will assist you.
