We’re excited to join colleagues from across the country at the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) Annual Conference. This year’s theme—Breaking Boundaries: Redefining Access and Expansion in Integrated Care—resonates deeply with our team’s mission and ongoing work.
We’re proud to be contributing to the conversation through several sessions led by members of our team. If you’re attending CFHA, we’d love to connect!

To address the lack of formal training for integrated care clinicians, we developed a 9-module online program to equip Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCMs) with essential skills. Some trainees also participated in live supplemental training. We evaluated the program using a competency-based measure completed by 95 trainees before and after training, along with qualitative interviews to capture their experiences. This session will share key findings and offer insights for organizations looking to strengthen BHCM training.
