Problem Solving Treatment (PST) teaches and empowers patients to solve the here-and-now problems contributing to their depression and helps increase self-efficacy. This workshop is free and offers continuing education credits from the NASW and APA. Open to psychologists, mental health counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, nurses, and physicians.
