Outpatient clinics that have been approved as participants in the NYS CCMP are eligible to receive supplemental Medicaid payments for collaborative care services provided to Medicaid fee-for service and Medicaid managed care recipients. Collaborative Care is reimbursed by Medicaid on a monthly case payment basis.
