Anne Shields, MHA, RN
Anne Shields has over 25 years of experience in public health and in primary care operations and practice improvement, including implementation of numerous major initiatives in behavioral health integration and chronic care management. Anne first partnered with the AIMS Center in 2007, when she was responsible for managing and implementing Seattle area components of the Washington State Mental Health Integration Program.
Anne joined the AIMS Center in 2015. She oversees training and technical assistance for medical practices, health care systems and behavioral health agencies throughout the US. She also works with payers and provider associations to help design and implement effective financing mechanisms for proven methods in integrated behavioral health care. Anne received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Seattle University and a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Washington.
